Kim was absolutely amazing to work with while we were selling our condo. She offered great advice. Kim was very thorough explaining all the legal paperwork. She was on top of everything every step of the way. I was amazed that she was able to get this sale complete in just about 4 weeks from the time it was listed. As a seller that has not sold property before, I felt extremely comfortable with the sale of my condo in her hands. I remember at settlement feeling very excited having signed the paperwork and finalizing the sale. I also remember feeling a bit sad because my time with Kim was over. She was very pleasant to work with and fun to talk to with a great personality and sense of humor. It was as if I had lost a dear friend. Her local expertise didn't stop at real estate - she was quick to recommend great local restaurants and shopping. Kim is extremely responsive - seemingly 24/7. She worked well with the lender and title company and, always detail oriented, organized our closing in time for Labor Day weekend so we could spend the weekend at our new beach house.
